Switch them to spectate if you have the option. I usually give people about 5 minutes of AFK and then they go to sleepy time fun spectate land.

Yea, I'll hook you guys up with that ability, steam has 3 settings, first one kick afk'ers after like 2 mins, 2 should switch a person to spectate and not kick, 3 is do nothing at all.'
setting 2 still kicks people so wtf..

I set you up with the ability to move players to spectate, so if someone is on one of the teams not doing anything for like 5 mins, move them to spectate, and if they have been there for like an hour and the server is FULL then kick em so an active player can get it.
Also I think I now fixed it so that {TD} members should not get team switched, let me know if you guys want this ability for those of you members that don't have it.

i have i question, i'm playing on TD server and it kick's me saying disconnected: you where AFK for too long... and i was playing and was not AFK and then i go to get back on and it say's the same thing

I added a plugin to deal with afk's better and I thought I had the right settings, but sure as shit like always I have to go back to the drawing board.

Dom about the auto balancer is pretty inconvenient but I think it does help against clan stacking. I've been on an almost all clan team and crushed the other team. After one round a lot of them left. Without the balancer they'd be in pretty much the same situation except less people even.

There was an AFK person who was in the server for 8 hours straight. Idk if they went afk right before the map switched and I looked at the server via steam, but they didn't join back in when i was playing
