Thanks a shit load to Drunken F00l who made the mod from the sourcop group
Now no more 5 hours in orange_x and toy fort, the maps change at the time limit and if you don't want it to then vote to extend the time limit for it now counts.
Added a mod that's just like jetpack but you use hooks instead, we'll try it out later tonight and its pretty cool.
Admins: I added more commands in source mod under the exec section, you can turn off say sounds if it gets annoying like if people keep playing walle.
More to come and it looks like hlstats is now perfect now that people cant engineer farm and the points usually go up. Everyone is a winner!

If nobody captures the points at the end of the round and there hasn't been a total of 5 captures by each team, when the clock strikes 00:00 (unless it goes into overtime due to someone being on the point) Sudden death kicks in, and so far its scout only but i dont care!
