    Okay guys I just worked my ass off this whole morning and I found a different plugin for this and have tested the shit out of it, so far no crashes and it works as well as people cannot use the console to get around this.

    It's not as cool as the other plugin where you will hear a sound clip of the char saying "no"
    So far I have it setup so that admins are not effected by this but their slot in the class is counted, meaning if there are 2 pyros and the limit is 3 and I join the pyro class then their can be no more pyros, but the thing that I'm not sure of is if there are 3 pyros and join the pyro class is if one person gets switched, we shall see.

    here are the settings for the server:

    For now if there is less than 5 people in the server there are NO CLASS LIMITS and I did that so that when people come in they wont get pissed because they can't be the class they want, and i dont think there should be a limit.  When there are 6 or more players the settings are:

    //Put -1 for no limit, 0 for disalowed, and any other number to set the limit
                "scout"      "-1"
                "sniper"           "3"
                "soldier"       "3"
                "demoman"   "3"
                "medic"      "-1"
                "heavy"      "3"
                "pyro"      "3"
                "spy"              "-1"
                "engineer"           "3"

    Meaning for now scouts, medics, and spy's have no class restriction because I rarely ever see them abused and dont feel the need to restrict them but if you guys want let me know.  The rest of the classes can be no bigger than 3 people per class.

    Class limits on any map except for maybe orange is a shitty idea. If you're going to put a limit on classes, put a limit on every class, not just the ones that you think are kicking your ass. Spies should be limited to 2,  because only 3 engineers don't present as much of a challenge for spies. Scout spam can be stupid on a lot of maps, so limit those to 3 just like all of the other classes. I'd say limit the medics to 4-5 so that there can't be too many medics on one team doing nothing.

    I think frost is right.  It's not just limiting the annoying classes, but also keeping everyone from spamming a class that isn't needed.  not to mention, when achievements come out half the players will want to run around as a heavy and farm when the other half want to play seriously.

    Doesnt matter to me as long as pyros are limited because it was getting ridiculous.

    If I see the other classes getting spam which i havent yet then i'll put a limit on them, but lately i havent seen more than 2 medics and at most ive seen 3 scouts.
