    Removed cp_egypt from the rotation.

    Now that the server is getting known again after the move I added frontier and cashworks to be played on.  They are not in the rotation instead I have created some scripts to add them as the next map at certain times.  For example cashworks becomes the next map at 8:30 chicago time and frontier becomes the next map at 9:20

    So far I'm testing this out but I think it will work great since custom maps don't do well during the day and also most of the regulars are on at night so we can steer away from stock maps once again.
