    Changed the time limit back to 50 and lower on some maps.  Only Badwater and Cashworks are 70 mins but I will probably change that later.  The night time new map configuration have running is going well so I plan on adding more of those later.

    also I know have access to FTP again so I can add people who want to be admin.
