i really hope in l4d2 theres a server list to look at and maybe some hammer going on so we can make custom maps
i think its stupid that there releasing 2 when one should be updated new campaigns should be added and shit in my opinion left 4 dead was a horrible buy because it only offered me about 8 hours of gameplay and its not fake alf as i was reading that the steam community said valve confirms left 4 dead 2

Left 4 Dead sounds (and plays) more like a mod of Half Life 2 than a whole new game. A sequel is just not necessary. If they are going to charge moneys for a rehashed pile of crap, then it better be heavily discounted over steam for those of us who have the first version.

I'm pretty sure the Hammer thing for L4D was released either during the Spy/Sniper update week or just before.
As for L4D2, I'm not entirely sure. I do like the location from what I saw in the trailer, New Orleans I think? The tank turning into a fat farmerdude with overalls? YES PLEASE. I do hope, though, that you can pick your four people. I know it's supposed to be "There are only four people left alive and that's you guys" but they gave enough character to the original four that I'd probably want to use them at some point. Maybe remake them with the new engine if there is one, I don't know.
Still, the first one came out what, last year? It hasn't been two years has it?

Appearently they will still be releasing stuff for L4D1 after this is released but that can't be expected to last very long (if at all). And that's not a tank in the video wudz, its a charger, a new special infected.
I've been talking to some peoples and the only way this will make it to my computer is if they release it free to all PC owners of L4D. The retards that bought it for console can pay full price again for all I care.

What this does mean though is that when release time does come around the corner, TF2 will be forgotten by Valve for a while, again, for a game that we pretty much own already, that sucked, in a blatant effort to extract more money from consoletards. |
