    Updated server to new TF2 update release, still nothing on the lag issues.

    Updated sourcemod to stable release version 1.2.3 which will fix crash issues.  Fixed reserved slots (sluts) which should now work.

    Updated hlstats to newest release 1.6.0 which has many new options you should check out. *EDIT* hlstats do work now, let me know if you see anything broken.

    There is also a section there for ventrilo server which does work pretty well.
