Good plan. Trying to get anything done by committee, especially a committee of computer nerds who hide behind their internet anonymity so they can troll the crap out of people, is a great way to raise your blood pressure and decrease your life expectancy.
Although this has no bearing on your decision, I would like to say that I find Proto to be a classy guy and I enjoy playing TF2 with him.
