Alien Swarm is a mod from UT2k4 (like Killing Floor was) that is being Published by Valve as a game. It comes out on Monday and unlike every other game Valve has released (all FPS games), this game is a RTS. So maybe Valve is experimenting with new game play types. So far, it's really fun. Except for the times when my game randomly freezes for 6-10 seconds.

Yea it happens to me to but I think its a server issue, but the game seams fairly easy besides random spots where people can die instantly (hasn't happened to me yet..) and it's also easy to shoot your own team mate at times kinda like L4D but other than that it's a fun game to pass time with.

I have yet to be dropped, and I have yet to die instantly (im too beast)
and its totally easy to shoot your teammate, especially when shits flying at you from all directions

Yea I haven't been dropped yet but its funny when you see one of your guys just fall some where random and die and they are like wtf....?
But yea you really don't have to aim in that game but its still fun.
