A reserved slot means you can join the server even when it is full (it will kick someone to let you in and don't feel bad, it kicks the person with highest ping who is the least active in the server).
For those of you that have reserved slots for our TF2 server the only way to get in the server when it's full is to go about doing it this way.
First get into the TF2 game but do not go into a server, and then pull up your console ( you can do that if you don't already have the option checked when you go into options and click on the keyboard tab, then select advance and enable the ~ key to activate the console). After that then you have to bind a key and it can be any key but I use F11 or F12 because they aren't really used by anything. So type this in the console text line: bind F12 "connect 174.34.158.197:27015"
Again you can bind any key besides F12. After you done that you can press F12 anytime when you are in TF2 even when you are in a server and even when the game is loading after the value advertisements (it will connect right after everything is loaded) and now you are all set.

Could I possibly have one? I always find myself just sitting around, waiting upto 20 mins for the server to clear out a bit for me to jump in (I've actually found myself being third-fourth in line for Auto-Retry a few times D:).

Sourcemod is what makes Reserved slots work.
Sourcemod is broken right now. Valve updates tend to do that. Expect that whenever a major update happens that Sourcemod will be down. Whenever we get it to work again, reserved slots will be available.
Main server: Sourcemod down.
Server that we treat like #2: Sourcemod down.
No reserved slots.
